The proposed development will be a 31 storey residential condominium with commercial use on the ground floor. The project will have a total gross floor area of 30,330 m2, 5 levels of underground parking and a total of 279 dwelling units. RECL is providing Construction Management services for the project which is set to break ground in the third quarter of 2021, with an estimated duration of 37 months of new construction.
