This project will consist of a 7-storey (Building 3A), and an 8-storey (Building 3B), 231-unit apartment complex at 375 Deschatelets Ave. Comprised of studio, one and two + and 3 bedroom units, these two buildings will have a gross floor area of 28,267m². Both buildings sit on a single level of shared underground parking, consisting of 165 spaces. The site will also include 222 bicycle parking spaces, 10 of those being above grade, with the majority being located in the underground parking level. A variety of amenities will be available on both the ground floor and roof top terraces.
RECL is providing Construction Management services for the project which broke ground in January 2025, with first occupancy expected after 26 months and final turnover of the buildings in approximately 30 months.
