The project involves the conversion of an existing 10-storey office building (plus mechanical penthouse and 1 basement level) into 115 rental apartments, including 4 multi-level penthouse suites. The building will have a total gross floor area of roughly 16,339m2, including 400m2 of ground floor office space. Located at 535 Legget Drive, the project includes 113 bicycle spaces in the basement level and 6 at the building exterior, 107 above grade outside parking spaces and pedestrian links, at the basement and ground levels, to the existing Brookstreet Hotel.
RECL is providing Construction Management services for the project which commenced in April 2025 and has an estimated duration of 24 months.
