This construction consists of a 6 storey (Building 2A) and an 8 storey (Building 2B), 235 unit apartment complex for Greystone Village Inc., Regional Group. These two buildings, with a gross area of roughly 35,164 m², will be comprised of bachelors, and one and two + bedroom units. Both buildings will sit on a common shared underground parking garage. Additional at-grade parking will be created to accommodate visitors and the retail spaces built on the ground floor of 2A. Having parking tucked within the site will allow for more spacious pedestrian friendly sidewalks.
RECL is the Construction Manager for this project and is responsible for the delivery of this multi-phase project, to meet the design and construction standards. Construction began mid-September 2019, and the occupancy date was November 2021 for Building 2A and May 2022 for Building 2B.
