This apartment complex project consists of two connected 16 storey elements, with two levels of underground parking and related siteworks (South Tower – 17,197 m2, 193 units; North Tower – 17,824 m2, 196 units). The Project includes 365 vehicle parking spaces and 248 bicycle parking spaces. The Project is near the downtown core and to Carleton University, with easy access to Ottawa’s transit system. The reinforced concrete structures are clad in brick masonry and window wall.
RECL was the Construction Manager for this Project and was involved in all aspects of the Project’s development, including design, permitting and construction. The Project Owner is 1649362 Ontario Inc. Construction started in April 2018, with the South tower occupancy obtained in September 2020 and the second tower occupancy obtained spring of 2021.
