This project involved the construction of three 4-storey apartment buildings at 4838, 4840 and 4842 Bank Street, consisting of a total of 180 units. With a total gross area of 15,982m2, these buildings are comprised of one, two and two + bedroom units. The development features 216 surface-level parking spaces, along with 90 bicycle spots. Each building has individual amenity rooms, including an amenity and dining area in Building A, a games and entertainment room in Building B, and a fitness center in Building C. Further amenities include a shared outdoor space that has a pergola, BBQs and plenty of outdoor seating.
