RECL was responsible for the new construction and project management of these luxury residential condominiums, located in the Byward Market area of Ottawa. Rideau Falls, a 14 storey, 10,618m2 building, has 127 units, and Gatineau View, a 13 storey 10,786m2 has 129 units. Each offers bachelor, one bedroom, and two bed units ranging from 37m2 to 86m2. The buildings also include a shared party room, fitness area, and guest suite. There are 106 shared indoor parking spaces, and 27 shared exterior spaces for condo owners.
