The proposed development will be a 26 storey apartment tower on 1976 Scott Street, connected to a 4 storey apartment building at 320 McRae Avenue. This project aims to achieve LEED Silver with a total gross floor area of 35,700 m2, two levels of underground parking and a total of 336 suites. This building will feature Smart Building Technologies. RECL is providing Construction Management services for the project, set to break ground June 2021 with an estimated duration of 33 months of new construction.
