RECL, as the Project and Construction Manager for Arnon Corporation, completed this 11,079 m2 commercial office building in 1986. The building is a concrete structure with a brick fa§ade, a central HVAC system, and surface parking. Since its construction RECL has managed various fit-up projects for the building use by high tech firms, municipalities, and the current occupant, PWGSC.
