At the time of its construction, Barrister House was a state of the art commercial office building that included the highest quality mechanical and electrical systems and architectural finishes. This 8,742m² facility includes five floors of indoor parking (112 parking spaces). The building’s functions have been divided so that the parking levels are serviced by a separate elevator. The office portion of Barrister House is serviced by two high-speed computer controlled elevators. Barrister House’s current tenants include PWGSC, the City of Ottawa, the Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians, the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists, Micronutrient Initiative, the Ontario Realty Corporation and the Council of Canadian Academies.
