RECL, as the Project and Construction Manager for GWL Realty Advisors, completed this 5 storey, Class A, suburban office in 2002. The building, constructed in the parking lot of an existing commercial office park has a 1,858m2 floor plate and ample surface parking available. The building is a concrete structure, clad in precast with both punch windows and curtainwall, with the colours chosen to compliment the other buildings in the park.
