The building features a two-storey atrium, showers, and is fully handicap accessible. The 62 Auriga business centre is a one-storey business centre with large, uninterrupted floor space and services for occupants including washrooms, garbage/recycle, and building services for mechanical and electrical equipment.

64 Auriga was built in 1998. It is a business centre with 2,787m² of space. This includes two, 2-storey pods and one, one-storey pod with atrium. One hydraulic passenger elevator provides barrier free access to the second storey. It also includes grade parking for 175 vehicles.
